Default My GTO vs 04 Cobra

My C/I/bolt on GTO was a pulley, intake, exhaust, tune 04 cobra. Cobra owner claimed 480whp. He got a bit of a jump as I couldn't hear the horns. 40-140

Also vs my roomates 02 WS6. Stock 3.42 rear, ported tb, lid, UDP, same cam as me, PS LT's, catless, lots of weight reduction.

Thanks. It was 76* out and it was our first run so I doubt heatsoak was an issue. His driving isnt the best but oh well, I can't fix that.

^ yea its a salvaged title car and its pretty fucked up lol. The bumper is held on by zip ties and creativity. The front support where the hood latch bolts to looks like it was ran through an automotive meat grinder and kinda re installed so it doesn't fit quite right. It was low miles and cheap so it works good.

Lmao sick 12 o' clock hand placement in the cobra. You would've yanked him bad if you didn't have a passanger like him.

very true. Oh btw if anyone wants to say that it wasn't a real cobra, or it was stock or its the slowest cobra ever found on the internet or it was broken or I have way more mods, please get it out of your system now. It gets old when I beat a car that I "shouldn't be able to beat" and the butt hurt comes on fast and hard.

Your car runs well. No need for the bs. It isn't the first time a cobra underperformed.

You mean drywall screws and zip ties are not the appropriate way to fix it?

BTW, how much is "minor weight reduction" in your car? How much out of that T/A?

GTO has skid plate/v brace/gas tank brace delete, rear seat delete and no spare/jack. Car is 3740 with me. TA has gutted interior, no ac, no front sway bar, no rear speakers/antenna, no washer reservoir. 3460 with driver. To get nit picky, the race weight for this race was 3940 and the ta was 3580.
