The fastest stock 2012 GT500 ran a 11.24 @ 124mph on slicks not bad at all. And the new ones are only 3 mph faster lol

Exactly the new ones are much faster. It want be long before one runs well into the 10s tires only.

Good races and both are awesome cars. Unfortunately the Shelby is just too heavy to take out a modded z06. Z06 continues to impress me even after all these years. Good post. Keep em coming.
