My Twin Turbo Trans Am vs turbo TA and Yamaha R1 / LS1 240sx vs formula WITH VIDEO
Did some fun runs tonight. I want to do a rematch with the R1 when i get my new 325/50/15's on (fenders getting rolled tomorrow ) and adding some more boost. Starting in 3rd gear sucks. Pulls felt a lot longer in person lol.. Hopefully a rematch soon as well between the 240 and the 3rd gen. 240 was having some traction issues. Anyway, enjoy!

Nice, how much boost are you pushing and what fuel do you run? I had issues breaking up when pushing 13psi so I had to tighten up the gap on the plugs and also trying colder b8efs plugs. I need to have Joe fab me a better kit. The headers I have from stainless works are a bitch to get at the plugs. Luckily i didn't have to drop the hotside to get at them. Just a lot of swearing. lol

Man if you have quick access to a station i'd really consider it before you put money into your injectors. Just from a quality prospective, ethanol is just such a better fuel to run on our FI setups. Where 93 octane at your boost levels are toward their fuel limitations, e85 has the headroom to keep everything safe and healthy providing it's not crappy e70 or fluctuates the blend. Poor mans racegas FTW!!!!

What do you have right now for intake and heads? Can't remember if you had a forged bottom end, but that would definitely be worth going to. I run the 317 heads and ls6 intake but would do many other things before i'd worry about switching those out IMHO.

Sick ride man. If I where you. I would use whatever you could from the WS6 for the mustang(probably not much based on the seeing your going carb)and keep the stang 93 and invest in a fuel system capable to handle E85. It would probably be one of the best moves you made other them putting a set of FM10's on the car . Seriously man, it's amazing.
Quick reference, other then running it in my TT car and everyone I know around here using it,...I decided to run it in my flex fuel Tahoe. I have an 87oct Diablosport/DiabloToona custom fuel saver tune in my Z71. It made a HUGE difference in the vehicle over stock,..amazing, so much that I wouldn't want to own the vehicle without it. I then tried E85. I honestly feel like I picked up 30hp across the board on my NA truck. The vehicle drives better, it's smoother,...I honestly now,..don't wanna run anything but that in it. It makes sense,...octane rating is around 105oct. Boosted cars,....love it. Dude at work, trailblazer runs 12.7, on e85 and a converter. Thats it.
Besides that, it smells sweet and exotic. If you have it nearby,...it would be a shame if you didn't utilize it. You would be leaving a lot on the table.

Best advice ever.
Just one thing. If you store the vehicle with e85 in it, add a stabilizer like STABIL or something,..run the vehicle, then park it.
OP,..sweet ride. Your ride is really sick
