granted i've never been to this track but at my local track on bracket nights, TnT cars get one pass then have to wait for the brackets to do their thing. With that said (and if your track functions the same way as mine), how do you expect to get 3 hot laps in between the bracket cars? Looks like you'll end up having cool down periods just by default?

Anyone that's run TNT knows the drill… nothing complicated about it at all.

Yeah… What was I thinkin'? So DESPERATE FOR THE ADVANTAGE am I, that I actually require the kid show up, stage up and run three consecutive 1/8th mile passes, for a best of three contest.
It's MADNESS!

If memory serves, the Bracket TNT is the same as any other TNT… everyone thats testing stages up as they will… over the given time period. Plenty of time to make three passes. Odds are that we'll end up getting behind a couple other drivers, which would provide a few minutes of cool down. But no where near the half-hour nonsense.

ok, at my track up here (Atco) when they run the TnT guys, they just run the line (1 pass each) then move on to the next set of cars. Then they just rotate through the lanes all night. Sometimes it's 15 minutes between runs and sometimes (like on bracket nights) its almost an hour/1.5 hours between.
I tend to just enjoy staging up and throwin' the hammer as many times as ya can before the track closes. So I ended up runnin' home to momma, back on TNT nights.

He's coming to you and he's running 1/8 mile. All he is asking for is some time between passes to let his car cool down.

I love hot lapping my car.....I've posted the slips to prove it. Not my problem your **** can't handle it.
Last time out I didn't even pop the hood at the track.....must less let it cool down. I only turned the car off once while I was runnin to fight.....true story....lol
