i did with my old setup. the gtr was the usual 1000cc inj,all bolt ons and e85
race one, i hit the limiter a bunch lol but came around him then he got out

this is my old setup, stock motor with a t trim on 10psi... they wont touch my car now.

good race, i ended up with 1-2 cars on him

Last summer I built a 99 C5 FRC with a 13.5:1 LS7 making 580rwhp on a dynojet. My buddy has a GTR and at the time it was 566awhp on E85 with all the basic bolt-ons. We were VERY close every time we raced. I was the camera car in this video.

yea it was a good race. he said the car put down 575awhp. my car was making 550, they were 30mph rolls

its running but not able to do anything with it yet. still need to do my fuel system and im going SD which is taking forever... i had to get the car thru emissions before i was able to do anything else but thankfully that is over with and we can move forward with the build. alfred is welding me a new 4" intake pipe and welding in a second BOV, hoping it cuts some of the noise down as the single 50mm bov is extremely annoying while cruising. plus i needed to have a v band installed on the intake pipe, every time i would rev the car the hood looked like it was about to blow off..

yea, its got a new bigger blower, and a few other things i changed. should be making some power now if i ever get the fuel system done. hope to have the intake, map sensor, and plugs done this weekend then do the fuel system next weekend... going to be hard to find race, got 1-2 lined up but see what happens.

Going to be hard to find traction if you still have stock suspension lol.

i have plans for that this winter. its not on the stock suspension as it sits.. i honestly wouldn't want to race beans, not really a fan of racing bikes in this power range.... way to much can happen, see what happens tho.

I was there that day,this is from Prairie Hill,Texas.
GTR is an Asian guy's new car...exhaust and tune. He refused to launch/*** rape it. There's videos of highway play with various cars,bike..seems quick, but..
Honey Badger's Mustang is a Goddamned beast. Centrifugal Blower..running tens at that shitty abandoned airfield.
(Note the grass growing up between the concrete sections at finish.)
I don't remember anybody beating him that day. He won overall event.
Only cars faster were some of the full-race guys that showed up for test 'n tune.
It was a free event held to re-open the track and lay down some rubber after some improvements.
GTRs run the gamut, like all of our makes I guess.

Reminds me of a line I saw here.. "I thought all Camaros ran the same"..lol

The T1 and Jotech prepped GTR's will be at Import Face-Off at Ennis next month.
One of the T1R's drove in and ran 9.xxx iirc
