Default STi, Ferrari 355 vs '00 Z28

I had a dream race I thought I'd tell you about. I was sitting at a red light all alone on a three lane wide rd. All the sudden this blue STi pulls up in the far left lane (i'm in the right lane). The STi starts revvin at me but before I can return them this red Ferrari 355 convertible pulls up in the middle lane. He revs the motor to what sounds like redline and it sounds incredible! The light goes green and I take off. The STi pulls about two cars INSTANTLY, The ferrari is no where to be found. The STi shifts to second and I pull up even with him. I Take it up to 80 and we are real close, too close to call. All the sudden the ferrari goes blowin by both of us, man that sound is incredible. I'd call it a tie and a win because the ferrari driver could not drive. My Z is cat back and CAI, with stock stall/auto

Perhaps the Ferrari gave you head start. I've done that before. It saves on the tires, and the look on the other driver's face is priceless.

Yea I'm betting the ferrari gave you both the jump just because it can. no offense but a stock ferrari would spank pretty much any STI and alot of f-bods on the road. But sounds like an awesome run I wish I could see more exotics out.

F355 runs 13s stock. Pretty quick. Good race!

Like he said the F355 runs low 13's stock. If the top was down probably a little slower. I think from a 50 roll the Ferrari would pull away a little more.

Not all Ferrari's are nuts. The 355 has 380hp but only 268tq. It will run low 13's stock, but a stock LS1 should be able to keep up with it and pull a little from a dig. It (355) should spank one (LS1) on the highway.

Yea I always think fast though when I think Ferrari keep in mind the only one I have seen on the street is a 360 modena. So yea I could see the Ferrari being on it that race. Win or lose though awesome race not something you get to see everyday.

Nice kill on the pasta dude. The only bad thing is a guy like that can always reel in more strange just because he drives a Ferrari. Not that us f-bod guys can't get some nice pie, those ******* just get more. Way to shrink his wood a little.

ah but WHICH one grasshopper?

as far as ferraris go... I dig the F50, even though the F40 is slightly faster, and the Enzo is significantly faster (and more comfortable). something about the F50 is just... IT.

575M may be the ultimate highway/freeway cruiser, while it's a tossup between a 355 and a 360 for all-around action. 355 looks slightly better, 360 is slightly faster.

I play too much PGR2.

The F50 is THE car I could pick if I could have ANY car. There is just something about it.

Default The race

I live in Harmony township by Ambridge, the race happened on McKnight rd in the north hills. I pulled out of the northway mall and stayed in the right lane. The Ferrari did have the top down, what do they run for trap speed? I'm at about 106-107 mph.
