So from reading around, I've seen, in chronological order the following types of comments:

GT500 is faster in a straight line, but on a road course it'd get **** on!

(proof of GT500 beating ZL1 on road course)...

The sun was in the ZL1's eyes, planets weren't aligned. The GT500 only runs better times because of the straights!

GT500 is a one lap wonder.

GT500 shuts down after 3 laps, brakes catch on fire, Zeus smites it with his hammer, etc.

It's just hilarious to watch the "excuse progression"

GT500 brakes were fucked prior to showing up due to mag testing abuse, and should have been serviced prior to handing it over to MT.
