Yes. But we were talking about taking the blower off of the Cobra. So why compare a boosted/cammed 4.8 truck to that?

I know modulars are not very good n/a. So do the rest of the ford guys. That's why there are no n/a ones on here that runs very well.

 

Why would they care about running them n/a? These motors seem to be designed to run boost. And they do it very well. 4 valves/cyl do a good job of getting air in and out of the cylinders.

The 4v design is more efficient at getting the EXTRA air in and out from a boosted application. Ergo... the design is very good for boosted setups.
