Uh if you just hammer the gas and it bangs off the rev limiter i would say something is wrong, my 01 has never bounced off the rev limiter while beating it around...

Yeah 20 was always a really good spot for my Formula. +1 for your car being a poor example of f-body performance. Has to be something wrong. Flowmaster exhaust is garbage btw. I'm assuming you're relatively new to the car scene, or at least f-bodies so you haven't heard what a good exhaust set up sounds like, or how one in good mechanical condition is supposed to run.

So my friend wanted to race me and hell i was like aight lets do it, but this kid beat me so bad it wasn't even funny.
2011 Mustang
-3.7 V6, 6-speed with 4.10s
-tune intake
-throttle body
- Makes about 335 to the wheels 350 crank w/ 270 tq.
2002 Camaro SS
-5.7 V8, A4 with 3.25
- 325 Hp to wheels w/ 350 tq
We were at a 20 roll and he was ahead of me when i redlined. So i was like lets try a 50 roll since that worked for the 2008 Gt i beat. Well i got fucked up again. I was a bit closer this time but i redlined ONCE AGAIN. Damn his gears. Im so frustrated about this. Makes me sad lol. I need to upgrade badly lol.

These are reason's why you go to the track and see these cars backing up into the 14.0 range. Or watching supercharged Z06's not run as good as bolt-on one's. It's the little **** that matters......and it can stack up in a hurry to slow you down.
