I love the looks of the R8 but thought even the v10 were dogs, that one FLIES, looked like it pulled on all the races but one or two races at all the speeds.

Makes sense. I don't know the ownership, but doesn't Audi have a lot of the electronics found in Lambo cars?

I certainly hope not. Audi is not known for their electronics reliability. That's the problem when a big automaker buys out a specialty manufacturer like Lamborghini... they become corporate standardized in methods and parts.

Pretty sure Audi provides a lot of the entertainment electronics for the Aventador

Yep, and IMO, the Lambo dresses like an up town yuppie, while the Audi is dressed like James Bond. Classy, and Sharp!

Both good looking, just one more classic than the other.

I didn't know those roads could be so empty... in Mexico.

Both those cars are really cool, but they dress very differently for a night on the town. The GTR looks like money in a bag and the R8 looks like money... everywhere.

Yes, but that's tuning and cams all done for marketing purposes. Built, they're the same platform w/ the same block. Power would be the same, weight might be slightly different, but that'd be it I'd believe.
