What happened with the cops? Was the white vette pulled over? Just looked like the gt500 and cts cruising....

Wrong. Stock GT500s trap about 126mph. Cammed LS3 vettes do the same. You just raced a slow car with a bad combo.


And the vette stopped for the cop. Cop was really cool, thanked the vette for stopping, chatted about the cars, then let the vette go.

"About 126" means anything from 125 to 128. I don't know what vettes you're seeing that are going over 128 with stock intake, full weight with stock wheels.

HiO, a cammed LS3 should be good for 140mph traps. LS1's when cammed should be about 128-131ish.

Good news for all of you who like to make random assumptions...we have ACTUAL numbers on this GT500, not just internet generalizations!

BONE STOCK down to the tires (as in the video) ---
Went 11.7 @ 125.
Dyno'd 59x RWHP


The races went exactly as they should.

Yeah.. that Vette should be a 8 second car.... right?

The only way in hell my GT500 could have kept up with a supercharged Vette is if it was underperforming I assume... Neither car was fast....

I could only imagine the excuses if we had a clean run and I walked him.

That poor GT500 you have used in numerous videos as your scapegoat. It runs slow. There are much faster stock examples out there. Hell, the first thing he should have done when he drove it off the lot was throw some drag radials on it. Maybe he can't afford the payment + tires?
