Default LT1 Z28 vs. S197 GT 3v

Wasn't really out looking for a race, but the 3v guy asked to run them. Definitely had some traction issues, but still got the win.

So glad it's finally warming up and can do some racing again!

Ford technology losing to technology from 13 years earlier - makes sense.

Nice Z OP, any dyno numbers/track times? I'm curious what it can do w/ a relatively-small cam like you have.

12.40 is it's best ET. Can't recall the mph on that run. If I find any time slips from the last track visit, I'll post them.

On average the car runs around 12.60's @ 106 mph. Consistently pulls 1.69 60' at London Dragway (home track).

WOW......If I would've said either of these truths this would've done blown up to 23 pages and a 5.0 vs ls1 topic.

That's where the expression "don't bite off more than you can chew" comes into play, but they was the one asking for a race.
