I don't know. A Coyote even a heavy one stock is faster than a 02 Fbody. 5.0 got pulled very hard for just a ypipe and what kind of mod is that?

Because trolls. It's one thing to try and claim that they perform equally (when they don't), but to try and claim that the F-body is the quicker/faster platform, especially that close to stock, is just hilarious.

Since when 310-320rwhp is high for a stock LS1, with an LS6 Intake? This section is way too full of Ford knowledge and Chevy ignorance.

Depends. I've seen anywhere from 290-320rwhp out of bone stock cars.

Those cars are about 10-15whp or so higher then id expect. Nothing crazy. My guess is STD corrections instead of SAE corrections. Highest Ive ever seen in person is 317whp from an SLP lid and magnaflow catback

I am a GM guy to the core...3 fbodies and 3 Vettes in my lifetime. With that said though...there is something that doesn't add up here...especially from a roll. The Camaro put 4+ cars on him. I could see it being a close race if the fbody was a factory freak...and even the fbody winning...but to put 4+ lengths on it is what doesn't add up with the claim of only a Y-pipe. Like someone else said...who does just a Y-pipe?

I'm going to assume that the Y-Pipe also deleted the cats. Maybe some weight is pulled in the Camaro.

Still doesn't seem right though lol.

Not all Coyotes run low 12s and trap 114+

I don't doubt the power of this Fbody for one second. My 01 SS put down 323/341 bone stock and then 326/339 with a $30 cutout (factory SLP DD is a great CB). That car was strong enough to put 2 cars on my Uncles 01 M6 C5, which caused him to go out and buy a brand new 02 C5Z.

I'm no fan boy and I damn sure know that the Coyote is going to be quicker and faster on average but there are some strong factory F-cars out there. Also, considering OP is a huge troll, I'm sure there's shenanigans at play.

correct. on average they're a 13.0-12.9 @ 109 car.

On that note, on average an LS1 F-body is a 13.3-13.6 @ 106mph car. Either way, a basically-stock F-body isn't going to run away from a new 5.0 like that.

I would say an average stock LS1 is a 13.5-14.0 car.

Lol maybe the **** *** drivers that you have seen.

Don't get me wrong, I have seen some stock cars run those numbers at my local track. But that is with beat up, untaken care of cars with inexperienced drivers. I'd drive the car off a cliff if it ran a 14.0 stock.
