1000hp is easy, spending money you dont have isnt.

 

Read my previous posts about how I don't give a **** what you think about me. My 1200 rwhp car DOES get in the way of the faster cars. But, there aren't that many street cars driving around at this power level. Under 800 hp, there are thousands of slow POF's clogging up the highway.

Nineball, I should be in TX soon. If you are out and about would love to get a run with the viper. I'll be running around 1700whp in a 4,500lbs V.

As for the run, if it happens, a when and a where PM would be awesome. Oh, and I'd assume 9ball would have to travel to the big D. Your gas bill to H town would be redonkulous.

I've built 3 engines which exceeded 1,000hp... You may think it's easy and to the extent we know what it takes these days, you're right. Still, knowing it can be done is one thing and actually doing it is another. The goal of 1,000hp isn't a problem... unless you also want the engine to continue running for any length of time.

Mine's not finished yet. They were installing the 9" rear (first in a V2) which took forever to make and now its going to get wrapped in matte white and custom parachute mount.

Ya coupe made like 1440rwhp. I'll be making same if not more on boost only and going to shot it anywhere from 150 to 300. Will be solid 1700whp+.
