Good kill OP, any vids of the car idling?

 

I've been a slacker when it cones to making an exhaust vid as I've been asked before. Its really nothing to get excited about.

 

Do you have an O/R X mid-pipe by any chance? Cars with O/R mid pipe and SLP or Magnapacks sounds damn nice. After the cam install, these cats will be coming off also.

Clearly you have never been forced to listen to ls1 exhaust day in and day out. You would appreciate the way your mach sounds more.

 

Mach 1 = LS1

 

Come on man, it isn't that bad. I thought the dual dual on my bud's squawk sounded very nice. Another bud had a flowmaster, and despite the hate I'm going to get for this, I loved it . Then there's always a cut-out. I like those too.

Oh nothing. For some reason the LS1 crowd gets all upset if their hill billy hand fish gets compared to the Mach 1. Which are very similarly performing cars. The butt hurt is strong on this forum.

Lmao, that's some funny ****. While in the real world, I agree, they are a hell of a good run...if both cars are given optimum conditions, the LS will come out on top. Just not by as much as some of these fellers would lead you to believe.

Agreed. My '01 had equal-length BBK shorties, Bassani catted X, and the Stingers. I think it sounded great. And my '98 had stock manifolds, a MACH o/r H-pipe (till I got a ticket), and dumped cherry bombs...that actually sounded awesome
