his old setup made 434, there are several 5.0s making that around here.

just a dyno jet, it dosen't read high at all. probably on the low side, honestly.

Run flats with 630 wheel. lol. you could see it start to come back, but didn't stop the pull till 120 or so. Cory just has his car set up right.

It blows my mind that some people still mod their cars to make big power and leave the stock tires on. I'm thinking they enjoy doing burnouts everywhere....which doesn't win races. ZL1 was asleep at the hit too. This just shows that one car had traction and a good driver and the other 2 performed like ******* due to driver/setup.

 

Not my loss so I've no skin here, it's just how I saw it. I didn't see spinning, I see wrong gear. Why? B/C a lighter car, with real close to the same power got pulled on in the first 2 seconds of a pull like it was in the wrong gear. Also, I've now watched it 4 times now, and I don't hear honks, I just see a jump from a mustang AKA stealing the hit.

My car is loud we agreed I yelled 3x. No complaints from either side. The C6Z traps 124. He has complimented my car multiple times. They were 30-140 runs. We both had passengers. I have a good setup thats all.

Pulling 31 lbs out of the drivetrain is huge. I hope to gain another 15-20rwhp with IW balancer pulley and EWP then drop 200lbs off the car.

 

My car leaves insanely hard from a 30 roll.

 

Good for you and bad for him, stud. Your friend should go for a one and one if this Holmes wants a 30. 30 is a terrible spot for a C6Z regardless of tires. 60 roll would've been a different race.

Regardless, the sun shines on a dogs *** every once in awhile; and this is what it takes for a 5.bro to beat a stock C6Z. The right hit, with a bunch of mods.

We drove 2 hours to a place we've never been and went with a stock car. 5.0 wanted a 30, we wanted to race, so we didn't care. It was a good time.

Always an excuse. These guys were cool as hell it was all for fun. Not a big deal. I would never race a C6z from a 60 roll......but id dig one allll day long.
