Pullied 03 Cobra vs 04 Twin Turbo Gto
Took a nice long trip to mexico 3 weekends ago. My cobra vs my buddy in his twinned Goat
Cobra has 2.81 pulley with x pipe and catback exhaust, intake, dyno tune, pump gas, 470/470
The Gto has twinned 67's precision turbos 6 psi, dumped exhaust, intake, street tuned, weight reduction, e85 Stick car 550+ Whp.
Both cars had a passenger.
Shouldn't of been as close imo. With his weight reduction he probably is lighter than me.
Good runs for sure

Friend of mine has a TT GT0 and his made a little more power with the stock motor (LS2), and that's about what his car would do. Slow to spool and would fall on the gear change, but once he got in 4th gear it would pull hard.
Good death!

The car also has a cam. I forgot all what he found was done to the car, he said it was more of an LS6ish setup than an LS1. Forgot exactly what he said it had now though.

Doesnt make much sense. What does a HC LS2 put down? mid 400s? Just like a pulley cobra. Weights are similar with the cobra likely being slightly lighter. Should be a drivers race IMO. I know bolt on ones havent been much issue for me. I havent raced a HC one.

Damn, bet it pulled really hard. The one I almost traded for made 400-420ish and it pulled pretty good. I wish I would've bought it, as that thing was comfy as hell to drive. Wouldn't mind one, just too bland of a look and feels too big for my taste.
