I'm kidding obviously, I'm using 2 inch primaries on my 302...
LOL no...but really, I'm running the same size header you are, my primaries are about 5-6 inches longer, but same diameter.
Hio, my fox body recognition guide (all years specs/features/options/production numbers) lists my car as 3200. Just saying, I didn't find it on an internet forum, I can take a picture of the page if you like. They have no reason to lie. Plus, I weigh more than hammer by 40lbs or so - the cars will be closer than you think.

yep......and you should no they were that light. A notch can go under 3000 very very easily. Mine weighs 3060 with a huge *** dohc motor and all the supporting **** for the blower. A hatch car is only about 60lb heavier.
Yep.......just the added weight of ac would likely put your car at 3400 even.
Some of the foxes listed test weight was in the 29xx. Your car should weigh no more than 3150 depending on fuel load. Full tank it might go over 3150 but not by alot.

Hammer, with your bore job, your pistons have to keep compression on stock heads the same. IDK if your new heads raise compression, but putting in better Pistons that raise compression all by themselves kinda takes away from the stock bottom end part of the challenge. I think you'll agree that's fair.

I would, but I can't. Head selection is different for the 305 and with the factory dished Pistons it's almost impossible to my DCR up with aftermarket heads and a larger cam. But it will easily be a 91 octane engine anyway.

Okay, so when you initially said "just your standard .030 bore job" you knew you were using pistons to raise compression, so not really a stock bottom end I don't even know if I'm doing a bore job, we'll see. I hope I don't have to, so it will be sweeter when I win
