Not to mention that the GT is a Ford, so you're getting that amazing American quality and customer service.

If you bring it in for an oil change, they'll make you wait in their shitty waiting room while they beat the crap out of your car, strip the oil pan, scratch something, then blame it all on you.
I've seen at least 10 Aventadors in person and didnt like them either, whether on paper or in person. So far i really like the gt in a pic or vid, so i'll probably like it in person as well

Your missing the turbo part. Most FI cars from the factory are overbuilt and can make gobs more power. Im sure this one is no exception.

Yup, the new Mercedes c63 amg s and amg gts's 4.0 v8 motor is one of them. The block is able to withstand 130 Bar of pressure or 1885 psi. Its no wonder since they offer a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder with 26psi of boost stock with a warrenty

Going by the photos I've seen of the upcoming GT, it's pretty damn ugly IMHO. I sure hope it looks 10x better in person. And at $400k and powered by a V6? GTFO! A true testament of how Ford fans will go to any length to defend their favorite brand. Eh, I'll take a Z06 or Viper for under 100k please.

Coming from a guy who deemed the 2015 Z06 a "failure in a straightline" and claimed they all run 11's @ mid 120's, I would take this with a grain of salt.

Stop being open minded. That's frowned upon around here.

For the record, I'm a huge fan of the first two generations of the FGT, the ones with the sleek yet muscular body lines, and a V8 under the hood. Those were so cool. So it's definitely not a Ford vs GM thing for me or any of that crap. I said the same thing a couple of years ago when rumors surfaced of a V6-powered 7th gen Corvette. Many of the Ford guys threw a fit over that one too.

Why is this a recurring theme around here? Having respect for something instantly means I need to own it and drive said motor I'm respecting.

I think your plane stopped in Washington and you're high as ****.

Hio, that's the motor that came in the car. We can't all have motor swaps like you in both of your cars.

More angry confused caveman grunts please.

I think the ford gt looks amazing and with turbos I'm sure the 600HP could be bumped to 800HP with just fuel. It should end up being a great collector down the road.

Only problem is if it is the same motor they have in the F150 its ****. Those turbos on those trucks get to hot and fail all the time.

It's built to run in the endurance series. I'm sure the turbos can handle it
