That's got to suck to run a fuel you can't treat your car like a car on. Seems to be the 5br0 way.

You need to come to the Somernites Cruise sometime. Enough action on the street in one night a month, plus having a 1/4 mile track less than 30 minutes away, that you'll probably see why he's not worried about having to leave the area in search for others to race.

I think you'd really enjoy it.

i love how your car went from 560 on a 150 hit to 660 on a 175 hit lmao that's a hell of a pickup dekan so don't act like I'm lying to you. You just get your car ready I'll meet you at the track or on the street and **** it up. Bring cash this time and no excuses you had at least 4 last time
Unless there is some talk we don't know about in the background, it sounds like from the beginning that dekan has been pretty level headed in his comments, and complimented your car etc. I wouldn't think there is a reason to be so hostile on here. Unless, like I said, there is some local talk going on we don't know about.

Nice car btw.. I got my 3.15 gear for a reason... dem' hairdryers doe'

Hio, you do realize there are MANY other cars/makes doing the same thing with E85. Hell, I am not going to go E85 on my car because there are not enough stations around. I AM looking into a flex fuel setup though. Pro-Efi makes a nasty one. Then I can put whatever I want in, and it changes tune by E85%.

Hio is stuck in the ice age.

Yea man i realize that. Do you realize the smaller displacement typically needs it before the larger displacement?

I'd like to see them run on pump. That way there is no fuel advantage. ....or both on e85.
Flex fuel set ups are cool.

Meh.. not worried about displacement. E85 + boost is where it's at. Race fuel for cheaper than 93? sign me up. But I would only do flex fuel... that way I can run the regular stuff for normal driving, and have a 5gallon tank in the truck to switch to on the fly when needed.

BTW, if you haven't watched the Pro-Efi flex fuel vid.. its killer.. here it is:

Get some VP jugs and start filling them up if you know you'll be driving further than usual. When you race, have someone else hold them.

I need to change my gears for that same reason. 3.73's and a single would be fun, but damn, thing would NEVER hook haha.

it was offered to give him some e85 here. i know 2 guys personally that keep 55+ gallons for their mustangs here.and one told him he could have all he wanted. the other told me if i need to get some get it. but i understand not wanting to come all that way. its a long *** trip. reason i didnt go 2 weekends ago. it rained all day and had rained a little there. not worth the 7 hours of driving to take that chance.

endup going the oppisite direction east instead of west. got caught up in a damn drag racing bust. 31 tickets for drag racing. it was a fun night but had a blast either way **** it.
