Default e85 paxton coyote vs c6 cammed 150 shot

videos will be up in a few. good damn race. the yote went 9.9 this year . my c6 went 10.0 last year. he got to put on a 8 rib and i still untuned on nitrous on a very safe tune afr was super rich u can see in the video. all in all good races .
40 rolls and 1 dig. my car kinda sucks from a 40 kick . and had some issuses the first 2 races. no excuses he busted my *** a few runs. back and forth the whole night. had a blast first time ive got to get mine out on the new nitrous setup since last year. also raced a c5z with 680rwhp . i got way sideways and we almost come together. his video shows how close we were
his paxton had a little bit of blower oil coming out of it. so id say he might of had some slip maybe untelling he dont have a boost gauge in it.

c5 race

coyote dig

roll 1

roll 2

roll 3

roll 4 bottle was about empty 5-6 races on a 10 lb bottle. plus a few short hits

me on motor.

my car is Kentucky speed cam spec, 3200fti converter, honker cai, 150 shot nx kit, bluecat tuned after the first 2 races my tune sucked lol. headers and drag pack.

the yote is e85 paxton, waste gated setup. 11-12 psi i think, full bmr suspension drag pack. lund tuned. hes a member on here. he sould see it and post his videos.

its a impressive car. it bread and butter is the 60' tho. it pulls some 1.3's lol. he just bought it about a week ago off a buddy we race with . this guy likes to street race and roll race where the other guy liked track. i told him get a tighter converter so it can mph more its a 4c or some thing along those lines.

Nice runs! Just a heads up... Not sure where you heard rich is safe but that is false. Timing kills motors and being rich just increases the chance for pre ignition.

So Chad bought Jeremiahs car?

Ran some good numbers on the track when Jeremiah had it. Picked the wheels up a few times.

Dekan, you've got to get that thing tuned. There's so much more in it! Especially the tranny! You're losing a ton after every shift!

yea im putting it on the rollers this week and tuning it.

i was a bit rusty at roll racing. i didnt go back to d after using tap shift. i was ushing the paddles to shift. i quit that after that race lol. it slowed down doing that. i was having to concentrate so hard to hear the horn i didnt do that.

proto yep chad got it . its got a few small issues to work out but its a damn good car.

but he won 3 i won 2. last race i ran out nitrous. well didnt run out but didnt have enough in the bottle to make a full potential pass.
i went to the track to tune it but we got rained out. so we went to race this car about 30 mins past the track to salvage the trip. it took 3 hours to get there. had planned on tuning the car at the track then going to race this car after. but didnt get to. to be honest im didnt think id keep up with him on the tuneup on the car right now. i was surprised it was pulling back.

but my trans tune is all stock but the shift points. trying to make it last me for a while anyway.

Get that baby tuned and the results should change. Either way, not bad 1/4 times for both cars given the circumstances.

Who in the hell has a boosted car with no boost gauge?

Thanks for sharing!

yep i think so. just gonna have to take the time to do a plug reading tune on the bottle.
its pretty good on motor . i had to go back to the old tune it had last year cause i had it all fucked up for nitrous lol. got to learn how to tune some how. going to a .070 jet which is around 175 shot with a 6an main line i have a 4an. not sure that will make much diff. but gonna tune it friday bluecats gonna do his magic to it.
ive had alot bad luck with little **** this year. first time i took it to the track frist pass i noticed it hit or didnt run very good. the line after the noid was busted. got that fixed and then it was small electrical stuff and trying to figure out the new progressive. i switched from nos launcher to the max4 . just trying diff things . its finally making full pulls now lol so im happy.
