11 Mustang GT vs 14 Camaro SS 1LE vs 15 Mustang GT
Met up with some car guys and had a couple of runs.
14 Camaro SS 1LE: LTs, Ported TB, CAI, tune.
15 Mustang GT: X-pipe, Straight-pipe Axleback, CAI, tune.
11 Mustang GT: Boss Intake Manifold, X-pipe, Catback, CAI, Drag Pack, tune.

It's good stuff....just that camaros gearing is so weird. His power band is no where near mine. **** his first gears goes to like 52! A 60 roll for me is not good but great for him. Once I get my other rims back on we will do a 30 hopefully. That way no one can call weight reduction flag on me....

Honestly zyborg is the one calling them out lol. It's all good since they are my good friends and me and zyborg go back to the z06 days.

Glad I could do a daytime one.
The 11' is much lighter, and had more mods. IIRC, the 11 is weighting in at 3,450lbs vs the 15' being somewhere around 3.700lbs and my 5th gen somewhere around 3,800lbs.

Its all in good fun... Everyone wants their car to do as good as possible. But nothing but respect went around today.

I thought you and I had both reached a gentleman's agreement on the 60... We never discussed doing a 30, you proposed the 30 to me after I had already ran 4 times and was getting ready to leave.
We already knew your car was faster than mine on your street wheels and 555rs. You show up today on 15" drag pack and M/Ts. Im on the stock 20s and 555rs. On that 30 roll, not only will that put me (the heavier, less modded, slower car) at a bad spot on power band, I will also not get full traction, like you.
If you feel not so great about not getting a 30. I will be more than happy to escape the gf, early in the morning tomorrow, and we can go at it. Say around 8-8:30am? Let me know.

I wouldnt quite say "calling out"... More like inviting to some friendly runs to gauge the cars.

If his car is a premium, it's more around 3500lbs. My car was 3600 full weight on stock wheels.
