My car has more mph in it. Tune being worked on as soon as I send another log tomorrow. And I went to Rockingham(1/4mile) twice.. first time the 12.4.. second time the 12.61 and other 12.6s in 1000ft more DA. I have not been with new mods. Get over it Doug. Your 5th gen isnt all its cracked up to be. Poor little LS fbody guys ........

Decided i wanted racing seats instead of 11s, but ill do the torque converter after summer, i just added a huge huge transmission cooler with a fan which i'm happy about, stacked plate cooler to replace my tube fin cooler, I read that it makes a difference, and boy it really does make a huge difference in temperature.

Broke my torque arm bushing way back but never knew, hoping fixing that will get my 60 down a little bit. I am not sure we will have any more great day's with low DA but it doesn't matter much. I have pretty much had to rebuild this whole car, haha.

Sounds good. Definitely want a good trans cooler when you go to stall it. I was looking at some Corbeau seats... nice reclining seats look oem but only weigh 28lbs vs 50 each. Might go that route.

Ill try to park where I did last time. Come yell at me when you get there Sunday

Good work on the trans cooler. Should be one of the first things 4l60 guys install. Keeping the temps down is crucial. Many guys do Deep truck pans too if on a budget

I know they are heavy, but if I have another fbody again, first thing I'll do is similar to last time - ditch the 60 for an 80. I just really love the 4l80

A cooler really gives life to my 4L60 it has seen many many many hard shifts

Lolz....dude your 12.4 was fake. It's why the rest of your runs that day was 12.8 and slower you should really get over it. Evrn with a tune and dr you haven't matched that 12.4 1/8. It was a error dude.

If the 5gen is not what it's cracked up to be how come the only place the mustang can compete with it is in a straight line? The 5gen is better everywhere else.

Btw....why are you still comparing to 5gens with the 6gen out?? Lolz.....we know why. You can't compete with a sexgen at all is why

Sure.....before the extra mods it was consistent 12.8 car. Before his somewhat minor mods when it was bonestock it was a low 13 car. It all makes sense and shows the progression of his mods.
