Just a lot of boost you are correct. The 2016 gm is faster than the 5.0. So what are you basing this off of ? Mods being the same the 2016 is faster. I don't see how the gap gets smaller with a car that makes more power with same mods
The car just came out and you have people in stock form in the 11s. You have to mod a coyote just to keep up with a stock SS now.

A lot of boost? You do know most Coyotes are running the times they are on less than 20psi, right? I haven't seen a 6gen as fast as an S550 has been yet. Or as fast as 2011-2014's have bee.
Give it time you will be suprised. That's like saying when the 2011 5.0s came out they was not as fast as the 4th Gen because they been faster. I bet it isn't going to take long for the 2016 to beat the untouched long block time of the coyote

All cars of all manufacturers have hero runs... People always use the best times to reference any car. Fact is the hero runs for the camaro 6, which is in its infancy are far superior to 5.0 hero runs that's been out for years. Fact is the 2016 camaro is faster and by a considerable margin. There is no debating this. While mustang people will disagree it's true. Compare magazine times, hero times, Joe blow times for both. All of them on average will favor the sexgen.
There you go with them engine swaps again. I believe I'll keep my S550 full weight, full interior, a/c, OEM motor, and run low9's high 8s.
