He used the paddle shifter to hold rpms.

Good runs op, you have a good running bolt-on car.

All hits were in his favor. He honked them all. He can hold rpms with paddle shift kinda like a manual it's just not the same. 3 run was good but I hesitated I didn't know if I heard the last honk or not. But thanks yall!

We must not be watching the same video? Go watch that first 40 roll again. . Your exhaust is notable long before the front of the mustang even comes up. Lol

LOL I made this video, he called me phone after the last run asking if he jumped... The only run that removes all driver is round 2 we both left the shifter in drive. All the other rolls he was playing with the paddle shifter.

If he hits the gas later than you, his trans will still down shift after yours.. Lol

Anyways, like I said not to take your thunder. Good kill, you got him a good 3/4.

I understand what you're saying and I'm not bent at all. He knows the results as well as I do and hes my friend were comfortable with our egos... Lol... Maybe my car is too loud for you to hear his... I was cruising all you heard was my car but if you listen close he actually hits it's first.. The lighter 14' 5.0 6 speed has more mods and gets me by a 1/2 car by 113 than I have no more gear... So this new heavier auto with less power is just as fast?

I can't hear him, that's why I looked for the nose rise after you hit it but maybe it was a bump idk. Lol

I would put my car up against any stock 11-14 of the same options/mod. It's not any slower, if not quicker.

Weighed 3658lb 1/8th of tank bone stock on a pro 4 corner scale.

I get what you're saying, it doesn't really matter, he knows where we stand.
He doesn't have the same mods. The 16 auto has corsa exhaust. The 14 6 speed has axle back, intake, 3.73s tune

Sounds about right. I would expect the similar models to be 80lbs heavier on the 6th gen side. Base vs premium auto vs manual

Guys near me back in 15 were consistent 12.8/12.9 stock. One guy somehow ran his 12.4 one time and his is faster than any of his buddies.

Then that makes sense.... 12.4 dudes got a sneaky Pete 50 shot under the seat! LOL

Hopefully we go back to the track soon to see this 16 times... The 14 m6 with bolt ons could only do 12.7@113 2.2 60

That's the diffrence between stock, and "itstock stock".
It's all in what you can prove is stock I guess lol. Tune or factory freak who knows.

OP, nice work against the 5.0 with only bolt on's.
In the last race. The only one where he was ahead of you, it looks like you stopped his pull and then he hit the brakes. Do you think you would have reeled him back in at all?

Idk, people said he was stock with the 12.4 but that would make him the #1 fastest stock 15 5.0

I think if I had a stall that didn't shift and out me back at 3500 and maybe 28 inch tires.. Maybe. But other wise after about 100 we pretty close to dead even the 5.0 has nice top end even stock. And my 4.10s are just like..."100 mph running out of gear in.3...2..1....lol
