350r is a 2 seat sports car from factory. It is what it is. Go drive around with kids flopping around in the back and when you get pulled over tell the cop "but it's a 4 seat platform" and see how far you get

It's modded and a little slower. Because you're not just adding the seats back. There are belts there and likely a few other things.

 

OPTIONAL back seat kit from FORD (with belts), costs 1k and still makes it 20% less MSRP than the fif gen Z28.

 

But it's modded man. You might as well throw the whole comparison out the window. Z/28 obviously wins.

Even at msrp of 75k for the z28 20% would be 15k off. Putting the z28@ 60k. Now if I'm not mistaken you could actually have bought a z28 at one point for 60k.

What's interesting is the two seat thing has haunted haunted the Ford guys minds for decades. A car with two seats may NOT be compared to a car with 4 seats as this drastically changes everything. But now that Ford has made a 2 seat car, the seats thing is now irrelevant and now can be cross compared.
