Default How to properly handle a 2v

Well this kid in this 03 GT and his friend followed me all the way around town. We finally get some open room and I tell him to just go. He starts laughing and nails it. I proceed to pass him like he was sitting still. Was from about 45-100

Sorry for the footage. Pulled it from my dashcam

You tricked me with the title when u said properly handle a 2v. I didn't once see u hit the rev limiter and where's the short shift ?? Looks like you have yet more to learn u could have at least gave him a 10mph jump and then stopped that freight train of a pull now that would be proper!!

I raced a doctor driving a new 5.0. He beat me by 3 to 120 and cracked my windshield. Other than that, it's 4.6 and 3.7 mustangs, diesels, Chargers/Challengers, and the typical ricer.

Must've been because I have 20s and not enough horsepower to break them loose that I was able to reel him in brutal man

Pretty far. Sales have been a little slow lately, and I'm still trying to decide on what to do about my living situation. Still trying to move, but after this promotion it looks like I'll be staying in CA for a while. But I'll be doing the heads/cam/intake/N2O on the motor somewhat soon, then I have to send the tranny to get built and get a Tbrake. After that it needs a rear end, hood, seats, and some suspension pieces. Haven't had a whole lot of motivation for it lately, but watching your videos makes me want it running sooner rather than later.

Weren't you thinking about moving to Texas at one time? And yeah now I see what you mean. I'd be going crazy right now. That's just because I'm impatient as hell lol

Not sure. Has at least exhaust and cold air. Weird it had a whistling sound coming from it like it's procharged. But could be the power steering pump. It is a ford :/

Weird thing about this kid, he has a 92 shortwide chevy with a 383 and his dad has a 3rd Gen Camaro. Don't know why he's driving the mustang lol
