Jezuz Christ that bro runs it's *** off! Definitely impressed. That is saying alot too considering the weight of the frc and being fbo. Playing the devils advocate we are still comparing a 1999 to a 2015. I'd be ape **** happy with either car tbh.

BrO is a well driven car with your average parts. I'm not sure what setup Is exactly on the corvette.
Just imagine the bro with the full cart list of bolt ons.
I might try some of that with mine before it gets a blower.

OP do you know either owner? Was the vette smoking out the exhaust, or was that just a side affect due to the blurred plate editing?
Also I Googled 1999 corvette specs to refresh my memory for the advertised "curb weight", and the first add says it's a luxury vehicle lol. Guess it was just out classed by a sports car lol.

C5 looks tired lol!!
In all seriousness, did anyone else notice how bad the C5 fell out of its powerband every shift? Either a slow shifter or stock gearing, most likely a combination both?

Damn Ls oil consumption issues.
C5 sounded great. Br0 held in there very well
Good runs! Thanks for posting!
Not sure if we watched the same video. Definitely sounds like a mild cam and mild catback combo like I've heard in person.

HCI covers a pretty broad spectrum. 243 heads and a small cam with LS6 intake vs some fancy ported aftermarket castings and a huge cam with a FAST/MSD is as different as a stock bro vs a FBO E85 bro.
Could be a healthy vette with a mild setup. But yeah maybe it's hurt if it's burning oil.
