I train forearm and grip strength a lot. Close to getting certified in Captains of crush #3 gripper. Only a few hundred in the world on the list.
Bet I'd give you a run for your money...

He is right though... While it doesn't hurt I've seen plenty of guys who dont lift a ton or even at all that can armwrestle. Been surprised many times by smaller guys etc.
And a heavy bench does just about nothing for it.

He is right though... While it doesn't hurt I've seen plenty of guys who dont lift a ton or even at all that can armwrestle. Been surprised many times by smaller guys etc.

I love watching them cling to anything they can. Most of them would get bused by this 2v from a dig on the street. And me, from a dig or a roll. Especially this tool in his stock 5.br0. And yeah I've beaten some pretty big guys at arm wrestling. A couple college football linemen for example, that I'm sure bench press way more than me.
