I am a very competitive person by nature in everything I do from racing to working out etc. Thing is no one can be a pro at absolutely everything exercise wise. **** my roomie can outbench me by quite a bit, and I'm sure if we were to arm wrestle he'd easily take me (he's 6'4, 285 muscle). Crazy thing is though I can pin him down and tap him out wrestling and I'm 5'9 170. In boot camp one of my bro's was 23 at the time and 5'8 135 and was nick named dynamite lol. We witnessed him take down muscled guys that were 6'0 220, Damn was it a site to see. I never say I can beat anybody at anything until I see them in action bc you just never know and trust me I am extremely competitive.

the key to wrestling is having excellent take down defense. its always a good strategy to get a bigger opponent on his back and make him work tiring him out.
getting a person on their back and controlling them is a great way to win a fight. a take down is a very explosive move and can take away an opponents game plan putting them in a defensive position.
wrestling is a great thing to know. its useful in a real fight and can help transition into learning other MMA TECHNIQUES.
but you all this already lol.
