You take creatine when you have 25% body fat? Interesting...

I gain a couple pounds of water weight that goes away when I'm off it. It's more for muscle energy and getting in that last rep. I don't think it does anything for recovery or weight gain.

I'm 5'9 170 and 11.9%. Last night benched 275 for 2 sets. 1 set got 5 last set got 4. My first 2 sets were 8 at 245. I am juicing though (just started).

Creatine is known to hold water. I would look into other pre workouts that boost up energy. Now if you trying to lose body fat. Clenbuterol is the best for that

Depends on what you take. Some just add weight and if you stop working out, you will look like ****. Anavar and HGH are the best. Both get you jacked. HGH gets you jacked even on a fucked up diet.

Tren a and test p every other day. This is my second cycle actually. I have a very high metabolism and although I eat like a runaway slave I can't gain weight. The gear I take is actually really good and very little side effects. My strength gains are beyond impressive and I look like a miniature incredible Hulk. Love the results

I had great results from creatine when I have used it. Increased strengh and tissue stamina.

I've never really noticed a difference with creatine, besides the 5lbs of water weight.

1. Hio has classic signs of narcissistic personality disorder. He cannot help it, he has to fabricate stories that make himself look good and can never admit when he is wrong. Ignore him.

2. Jake is a classic troll, he gets personal satisfaction from this. Ignore him too.

4. The fact that another car out there might be faster than yours has zero effect on your life, buy the car that you enjoy driving and enjoy it. You win some and you lose some.

5. For the love of god, STOP calling out people on the other side of the country, we all know that the race is never going to happen.
Calls someone narcissistic but yet rights 5 ******* rules like someone cares
