Went to Houston with some friends even though street car takeover got canceled. My bud took out his C6Z06 done here locally. He tore up the streets of Htown this last weekend and man it was fun. Also met up with Fast02Z06. Really cool guy!. I posted a quick run he had with my other friend...sadly we didnt get a run in. Enjoy

Nice vids & thanks for posting your buddys c6z! 577rwhp for a h/c/i c6z seems a little low but the car performed. Maybe just an unfavorable dyno. In the comments of the first vid your buddy said its rumored that grey 5.0 weighted 3000lbs. and had a 150 shot. Hes not 100% tho. I am 100% tho that hellcat got dropped off back at the dealership lol.

That mustang is 3050 what i was told that night by owner. FBO gutted to the max 373 with Cobra jet i believe and drag pack and at least 150. Getting well known in htown. Im not sure if its cammed but by the way it moves it might be

I wanted to run you although I woulda lost lol but man it got so hot I got spooked and went home around 3:30 am. I got lit up like 2x lol but not pulled over. When you and I were about to line up that's when I told you there was a cop back there lol. I had just ran that white C7 and on the 4th run he lit us both up but didn't pull us over. That's why I didn't wanna run you at that time (the cop was like 1/2 mile behind us). I'm coming down your way though with a few friends in a few weeks. Dropping mine off Tuesday for the mods. It's party time now.

Btw your buddy's c6Z scoots, great guy too.

3050 raceweight? If so it's probably just bolt ons and a 150 shot. Thats extremely light though...but been done a few times. I did notice a Corbeau seat and open x pipe. The car fly's!

That yellow C6Z06 at the end of video #2 was a friend of mine. He said he was having clutch issues locking him out of gear.

This is up from a 50 roll when I had 690rwhp (dynoed just hours after this run). 50 rolls suck for my car. I started in 3rd.

50 roll you should've started in 2nd. My v dyno'd 674 and 50 rolls were 2nd gear. His cars runs very hard though.

I had traction issues. I was rolling on street tires on a cold morning.

Here is a second gear pull at around 45mph (says 40 but it was 45). I had to get out of it as the car started pulling to the shoulder pretty bad.

He didn't do to well from a dig when we ran. He had traction issues.

That's a honorable death. It could have probably gone either way with your mods. Car had trouble hooking on the SA streets but on concrete road it moves out
