As stated before, I'd be more than happy to post the newest slips when the 0 traps of #TeamDug can prove they beat my old times they always give me crap about.

Until then, non-racers just gonna non-race and think low 12s is all my car is capable of. Doesn't bother me one bit either way

If you are at max timing at e60 you are missing some hp. But hey think whatever you want. Adding 25% more ethanol to the tank wont do anything for timing advance and resistance to knock. I thought dedicated was worth more initially. I even spoke to my tuner about possibly using a dedicated E85 tune at the track only after I had full e85 in my car with the flex fuel tune to run any remaining 93octane out. I was told the dedicated would not really be worth the difference. The ONLY reason I run E85 at all is because of the Flex fuel tune. Before they announced the Flex tunes last december, I had plans to run 93 octane only because I am not going to deal with the need to empty one fuel out of tank to run another.


And just to inform you on the timing issue. When I say max timing.. my car maxes out at 30degrees timing with E85. A dedicated E85 would not run any more MAX timing than that. By what you are saying.. if I am running 30 degrees at 60%, then at 85% WOW!! I can run da' 45degree timing!! Lol... no man.. thats not how it works. Sorry.

Actually they don't. E85 is the best mod. They gain the most with that. Long tube headers dont gain much over the already efficient OEM shorties. Cat deletes gain 4-8rwhp.

Want proof? Take a look at the difference in times between the C7 stock list and bolt ons list. Same LT1 motor.

So you think the camaro doesnt respond better to mods than the 5bro? Well you can't go by that at least not now. Only reason why is nobody is going to put a 4k stall with a 456 gear in the vette. Maybe a camaro but not a vette. The camaro just came out this yr with the lt1 Give it some time .
