And for my next trick.... I'll show you how to get your *** handed to you buy a 60 + year old in a 03 cobra..
I was driving home down route 7 in northern va around noon today, traffic was kind of heavy till i got to a stop light just outside of leesburg. im in the far right lane and int he left lane is grandpa in a 03 cobra...i figured this guy probably couldn't see the gauges on his car he was so damn old so i thought id burn him up (not using the jug) so i could later brag about beating a cobra finally! I wasn't even sure if he'd race cause he didn't look over. so i shot a rev just before the light turned green, and he did nothing.
So i just pulled out my normal way, taking it easy and when we got to about 15 he jolts forward a little bit and looks at me and smiles...well i guess it was a smile the skin on his face was sagging but it looked like a grumpy grand pa smile...so i put it in first and take off and he delays and i got about a car on him, then BAM>....******* Bob Dole scoots on past me like i was parked on the side of the high way changing a tire! Exhaust ROARING, Perfection i must say, just music.
So considering there is a light every 1/2 mile on route 7 it seems we get stopped at another light (if you hit one you hit em all) and he had his window down this time and he shouts out to me that i had a nice car and it sounded great. and i was still in awe that grandpa could drive like a sunnabisch. and he chuckled over at me and said "bet you didn't think that would happen..." i laughed gave him the thumbs up and drove with my wounded pride in the back seat.
I had to laugh at myself, i shoulda known better. Guess i need to make sure i spray next time so i dont look so stupid.

413 on a 03 cobra is probably a x pipe/catback swap. a few guys i know with 03 cobras have made 450 rwhp with a Stock lightning pulley, x pipe and a catback.
These things are freakish fast and the way he pulled on me i dont doubt for a second that even with my current 100 dry shot he would have STILL pulled on me!

Don't take them from a roll, but at the track around here the run high 13's. The cobra I was talking about has a Bassani cat-back, Steeda Cold Air Intake, and QA-1 Adjustable shocks. And he can't get traction for ****. The cobra's I've seen in the 12's are 500+rwhp cars. Pullys & new Blowers.
