Installing a mod means the car is not stock, yes.

Looks like an LS6 intake as well. If not an LS6 it's definitely EGR/AIR delete, which means that it's likely tuned. So "LS1 stock"

Unless it was a replacement engine. 2001 and 2002 came with the ls6 intake and on occasion an ls6 block

2000 was a big change up year for ls1's. all had the "larger" cam, which was worth about 8 RWHP. Later ones got 241 heads which some say is worth a few more CFM but may be unsubstantiated. 12.6 on MTs has been done (video is on YouTube)... I went 13.1 @ 108 on a 2.1 60ft... a drag radial should be pretty easy 12s until the 10 bolt lets go.

My Mystic Z had 241 heads. It was a 2000. It's date was April of 2000 on the door.
