Your car had a good showing. Better than most. If he could powershift it was lights out.

IMO if you can keep adding boost you might get close. Everyone needs a shitload more power than a hci c6z to compete. Aero will show its face If you can match his power to weight.

Thanks guys...it was just for fun so I'm definitely not losing sleep over it...

We'll see how things how go, I may turn up the boost a bit more, i may not. I'm pretty happy with how the car feels as it sits, and I definitely don't want to get into the 'i wanna be in the fastest guy' cycle cause we all know how that goes.

yeah a z06 is definitely one of the standards of a 'fast' car and to be able to keep pace is a feat in itself.

Thanks for the comments..No track visit yet. Though I plan to hit the drag strip once or twice this year. (first with this car)

As she sits, what kind of trap do you think she's capable of? Low 13X high 12X car? Thats my thinking..

I have a strong feeling that guy would run 12's in that z06. By the voices in the video you guys started at 35 mph and 40mph and he was in 2nd... should have been in 1st.

Either way, good runs... just goes to show the difference a driver can make. VR4 hauls

Good kills, brother. In first, at 40 mph, he'd have been at ~4600 RPM with stock Z gearing and tires. As it was, starting it 2nd, he was at ~3100 rpm. That's costly on the jump. He might have been worried about traction, though.

It's hard to say what you'll trap. People are assuming he's a 130s car, but he's also not driving for ****. So, it's hard to compare. Good luck, though.
