Well ****. If I had the car still I would go out and pull them off then put them back on so I could say it was proper.

Doesn't matter. It's not about that. Some **** can be done electronically. Doesn't change the fact the part itself.........not you. Touches the oil.

I'm all for not using rockers if furd guys leave their cam timing stock. No valve events/dynamics changed for either sounds super fair right?

Sure it does. Puts them on the same level except now they can adjust the vvt and add rockers.

I remember you guys saying once upin a time that "hey that a ohc advantage "

Now hey.....thats a pushrod advantage

Not like it matters. The lt is wiping the floor with the coyote.

I don’t agree with that tuning doesn’t really gain much power or even doing headers from what I have seen . Haven’t really kept up with the S550 but I know my s197 cars have always gained a lot with just bolt ons .

Just getting the tm out of gm tunes are huge. It's all wrapped up in tc and protection for this and that. Most times when you think you have you don't have it all.....5gens was same way. Pull the tc fuses to dyno....it all looks good. Put them back in and tm everywhere. That's why they don't seem to run well alot of times.

So yea there's alot there. Even e85 picks up the lt more than a 5br0. Hell according to the 5br0s on here they only get 6hp from e85 and even a ls gets more than that as per personal experience with phils car.

So how did I go much faster with those mods?

E85 tunes are getting around 35 rwhp. 500 rwhp 500 rwtq has been seen through an auto with bolt ons. Mild 220 cam and ported stock heads 530-540 rwhp. Medium sized cam and ported stock heads 560-570 rwhp (through a stalled auto btw) Pump E85. Still waiting on a proper large cam build

And if you was just running 93 pump what would you be lucky to gain 15-20 hp maybe ? E85 would be nice with my build I’m doing but sadly isn’t here yet . What did you dyno stock ? I know a few 500 rwhp plus NA 5.0s to .

Not through an auto you don’t. With only pump E and bolt ons.And not with 500 rwtq

I’ve never been on a dyno. 93 tune still decent gain because of TM. I dropped .2 just from removing upshift TM. No other changes. As far as hp yes it’s only around 15 for 93.

Only because no one can launch them under power. Still hasn’t been figured out. They bog and cut power under hard launches no matter what. They could also use a gear.
