No not if they only changed the rev limit. Unlike you 2 i would call it what it is. A rev limit bump. You see then there is no bullshit.

Nope. Manipulated toon voids warranty if you show up to the dealer with it on the ECU for motor warranty.
But you think a swapped out valve train is a bolt on and a motor swap isn't a swap. so there's that.
