I would have to say Skarecrow... TA TED... 68maro... in that order. Here are my reasons...

Skarecrow- Jon needs another pot-head, so he isnt so lonely

TA TED- liked my idea of calling people selling riced out **** mobiles and telling them how much their car sucked
