smoked a STI
went from a 20mph roll against a lightly modded STI tonight. he got the hit by a split second. i pull on him soon as i stomped it down. i let up at 120, had him by a good margin >bus length. my first "big" kill since my header install. sure was a satisfying victory!
Good kill.....I'll have to have a talk with that Sti driver...
Two cardinal rules for that little car:
1)only from a dig
2)never above 100 (too much drivetrain loss)
But ya gotta admit........the cars aren't too bad for a little 4 banger from the factory
and they are absolute terror in auto-x
again....congrats

I am glad you don't have the big dopey wing.
I have a similar STi kill under my belt... only it was from a 75 punch up to about 120... hehehehe, I think I had a good 4 or 5 cars on him.
they are sick 4 bangers! it felt like a pretty honable kill. i was more suprized on the outcome of the power of my car b/c once i had him by a few carlenghts i let up a bit shifting at 5k and not total wot, and still was dragging him. i gave him a thumbs up when he caught back up after we shut down and he threw me one back with a "nice car!" i like showing all true car guys respect, b/c at heart we're all the same no matter how many cylanders or what we drive. but in closing gotta love how my LS1 never stops "supriseing" me and others!
