I've seen O2 (count of 2) one for each bank, typically if it is individual cylinder it is EGT.

But, who knows what kinda magic GPI is working here. lol

Who needs Heads to go 9's? I just did it in a cam only daily driver. We also went 10.17 in a bolt on 6th Gen. The times are a changing. All the records will be heading back my way very soon.

I think we are done with the bolt on car. If someone beats our time we will pop that motor back in and go 9's with it. I mean we are only 3 tenths back from the H/C record car but we have other plans.

Bolt on on top, cam only on the bottom. The cam only car is only 220's/230's and weighs 3,500lbs. Wait till we get some traction and can hit it hard.

If I am trying to set a record I don't care about the light. I care about making the best pass. These aren't drag cars with trans brakes and bump boxes and what not.

The class was heads up, SBE run what you brung. 32 car field at Bowling green in 3,500 DA. .400 Pro Tree. I would smack it as soon as I saw yellow but I was leaving off idle so it took a sec for the car to leave. I think I was high .200's for 99% of my passes. I also staged way to shallow. But that was my bad.

I've seen worse RT's in competition....maybe.

I know a SBE street car by me that runs 7s in competition, in that kinda DA on a 0.4 protree. Yes I've lost to him lol (he's built motor now, he got tired of swapping rods out)

PS. So... are there rules about leaving on the light while trying for a record?

Not one rule at all. I just personally care is all I am saying. I am not there to drag race. That is just me. Same in qualifying. I don't care about the light at all. Just getting to that #1 spot.
