My 16SS A8 pray tuned VS 04 cobra 620 rwhp whipple 2.9

I liked the Mustang because I could get a Premium for the same price as a base SS. I preferred the looks of the SS, but I liked the GT's interior better. The LT1 just has ungodly amounts of torque at any RPM, where the 5.0L hid it's power above 4K RPM. The literal deciding factor was the clutch pedal, my foot was at such a weird angle in the mustang. I drive nothing but sticks and I killed that thing twice and never got a perfectly smooth takeoff.

Yah can't beat some of the deals they throw out end of year I'm strongly considering getting a sixth gen at the end of the year and get rid of the GTO.

6th gen looks great from front and terrible from rear then you have 19 looks terrible front and worse rear. Rear seats, door height and blind spots are a joke honestly but again, to each their own. I’ve owned more Fbodies than Mustangs but current Mustang has my vote
My brother in law sold his 16 2SS full bolt on E85 for a Honda Civic (2019) for enough room in rear I’ll post a pic with my Hellcat

Tell me about it. The SS is terrible, but the Mustang is worse, has no headroom. The only one that has room is the Challenger. I remember my GTO had a huge back seat, it was a bitch to get there, but it was fine to ride in.

kids fit fine in the back seat of a 6th gen, but not adults. I would classify it as a 2.5 seater...lol
rear seat doesn't weigh that much...the front seats are where the weight is...56lbs each, the back seat is like 25lbs.

It might depend on which car. My SN95 shed about 40lbs for back seat. Bottom section was light but the top section between the trunk and passenger compartment was pretty heavy. If you're looking to shed some weight in general, rear seat is a good start and as stated, cant get back there anyway.

Is there more room in the back of the 6th gen than the 5th gen?

5gen is a great overall performance car. The 6gen is really just a smaller lighter version with some advancements. The 5gen really set the standard for the pony car handling we see today. For example furd still hasn't conquered it on handling with the mustang. The only real issue with the 5gen was weight. You can get them to 3600ish easily enough tho.....but that's still heavy.
The rear seat of it was usable to......although there could have been better for the size of that vehicle also.
