It's nearly done it's 4th season of running 8s or better, I did a retork on the heads this last winter....other wise just change plugs and oil.

Had to post 1 more! Ill be up in NC tomorrow night getting everything prepped for Drag Week. Not setting the world on fire with this setup, but I havent had a legit vacation from work in years. Im pumped!

boost it to 1355 rwhp and see. i personally believe the 4.8 holds up better.(edit:than other LS sbe) its VERY equal to a built
4v modular IMO. im dont know if it can handle 30 psi

IMO its also like a 4.6 4v in that it requires more rpms and more boost than bigger LS series

Lol... no. All my vehicles are street cars. I was only running 15lbs when it started getting some blowby (didnt catastrophically go). It saw a max of 19lbs on E85.
