I'm on a planet where we realize most cars we race aren't stock. He didn't ask for a video of a stock NeonNeonNeon-4 beating an fbody, he asked for a video of one because apparently he is skeptical that a 12 second car can beat a 13 second car.

I would if most of the members here arent so closeminded. I love Fbodies. I almost bought one. I am here just to talk about them but some people have to hate on the Neon. Go back and look at the first page of this thread. Did I in any way come here and start talking **** about fbodies?? No, I simply stated that the S.R.T owner that this guy raced was a tool. So, please dont assume that I am only on here to cause trouble. It is the members on here that are so defensive about their car that they have to put a damn Neon down.

 

What's the point of showing you a video. That's like saying "I've never seen an f-body beat a Z06 corvette, show me a video and I'll believe it." You were acting skeptical of the situation, as if the fact that you haven't seen it happen means that it doesn't happen. Which is ignorant.

There are NeonNeonNeon-4s out there that are running faster than some f-bodies. There are NeonNeonNeon-4s in the 12s (fact). There are f-bodies in the 13s (fact). 1+1 = 2. They can definitely run faster than a stock LS1, pretty easily too.

I'm not defending the NeonNeonNeon-4 goons, but you being an idiot in an LS1 doesn't make you any better. I'm done talking with ya.

 

its mostly because these neon owners feel the need to defend something when they make total asses of themselves trying to do so...this is ls1tech.com...meaning ls1 discussions go on here, so we share each others (LS1/LS6/F-body/so on) kill stories and street races in this particular forum, now the only reason why this mess got started was because someone wandered where they dont belong and stuck their hand in an ant-bed, i might not be looking hard enough, but i dont see any neon owners posting kills in this forum, yet when one of us posts a kill they become defensive, so feel free to post your kills neon owners, or point me in the direction of a thread already started and i'll commend you on your kill...given the depth of the b.s. if there is any
