Default WS6 vs GT.....

I went to the store earlier and took the long way hoping to catch a race. As I was walking out of the store I see a sweet WS6 leaving. He appeared to be waiting for me so I quickly followed. We hit a nice open road with just me and him. He complimented me on my car and asked if I was gonna spray? I ensured him I didn't even have my bottle in the car.

Leaving from a slow roll I spun badly as I'm sure he did as well. By second I'm 1-2 cars ahead and pulling. I hit third and continue to pull and shut it down. I slowed giving him a wave and he gave me a thumbs up. Real cool guy!

This is how races should turnout. I've only encountered a few ****** and have never understood why they act like we are complete enemies?

I don't understand that either. Domestic muscle should not be enemies; ricers are the enemies.

Joe, are your dyno #'s without the spray ? If so.....nice ! I cannot wait till I start modding mine. I am just looking for around 400-600rwhp. Mines just got mobil 1 for now. Dyno numbers should start moving up soon.

I do not understand how you can "up" the compression and still run that large of a n2o shot. I've always thought high-compression....with F.I. meant a broke motor.

My dyno numbers before my current cam and with my stock intake were 301rwhp. I now have a better cam and a ported Bullit intake. I dynoed in the upper 290s but it was running much richer and 25 degrees hotter out. I'd imagine I should be 310-320 leaned out. I'm just waiting for the weather to cool off.

Coupe, what the hell has taken you so long to install it? No wonder I haven't heard from you, lol. I am taking my car in monday to detune it. I've come to realize that on the gas, its way too much power for the street. The first couple of gears are worthless. I'm gonna shoot for 425ish and later go with a dual stage. 100 dry shot out of the hole and a 100 wet up top

However, my one armed friend with the 03 Cobra picked up his car yesterday from Strictly. Heads, cam, kenny bell, and a 75 shot He should be around 750+rwhp. He's dying to race anyone. I think you'll have a great shot considering he won't have any practice running it.

Unfortunately, no. I was hoping he would run across this but I'm sure he didn't have much done. I could tell he had at least exhaust but most likely not much else.

Great run, man. It's nice to have a positive experience after a race.

Nitrous is NOT forced induction.

BTW...nice race Joe. I agree with you. That's how they should all be. Win or lose show respect move on. It's supposed to be fun. Some people see it differently I guess.
