almost killed c5
almost killed c5 ok this is a long one so bare with me. Last nigth i was driving down i 75 here in fl there was a bit of trafic so i was looking for openings to get ahead of traffic, when all of a suden i see this blue c5 behind me driving somewhat agresive, it seemed to me like he wanted some of the mighty bird, lol. Ok so we drive around trafic at like 80 mph, the limit is 70 here. so he finds a hole and he gets ahead of me, i have to slow down and drive around trafic to chase him, well by this time he was like 4,5 cars ahead of me.
Finally we get out of trafic and he was like 2 1/2 cars to 2 cars ahead of me or maibe 1 1/2 iam not to sure, and pullign away from me at a higher speed. I imediatelly droped it into 4th and the tach was at like 3.5, or 4k rpm,(this will come back to hunt me as i catch up to him) Well so i punch it and close the speed gap and close the distance gap, at this point my front bumper is at his door and iam gaining on him like he is standing still. Then bammmmm i hit the limiter, i forgot i had droped fourth a littel higher up than i thought and i thought i had a little gear left and bam i hit the damn limiter o my poor baby, but the bottom line is that man i was pulling on him like if a 90 year old retired florida grandma was driving the vett. and that is my almost kill story o finally i had been looking for a race for like the past 2 month.

not trying to bust your ***** either.. I was just interested in your story, but it was to hard to read and i didn't understand it.. Not saying everything needs to be spelled correctly or correct english and all that crap. Just might help us in reading YOUR story a little better.

Zamboxl, it sounded like fun being able to pull on the vette and I have bounced the rev limiter on occassion as well (definately sucks).
As to all this other BS. Threads get jacked pretty frequently and yours got jacked from the get go. But, have some vehicle info in the sig and clean up the story a little (proof read if you can).
I am at work too and I knwo ya gotta be cooland just looking at my post I have inverted letters and run ons adn such. But so what.

on the forum at work does cause problems.
