The SS in the video is pretty damn nasty. Watch how much the body lifts when he does the 1st gear punch.
Enjoy!

I doubt the dyno powers posted for the Cobra...unless he has a ported blower. Not that it matters a whole lot.

Both are strong running cars, no question about that.

Jaeger, you have ported heads on that car? Seems to be running strong. What kind of 1/4 mi. times you running? I want to find a cam along with these ported heads I have on order to run like that if not better. Great running car.

Just FYI.. there is definately something wrong with that Cobra. If he's putting those numbers on the ground, and hitting 95mph in the 1/8th, he should be in the low 120mph range. He's only gaining 14mph out the backdoor.. come on now. a stock LS1 or Cobra gains 20-22mph at least. I ran my car and trapped 93ph in the 1/8th and ended up with 118mph traps with minor cooldown on the Cobra. Either on that 109mph run he missed a gear big time or his car is blew up and put it self back together.
I have ran cammed LS1's with all sorts of cams, and even heads/cam cars and usually put 2-4cars on the cammed cars and about half a car on the heads/cam car.. I lost to one heads/cam car putting down 424whp, but that was before my long tubes and retune, which netted me 20hp, 30trq across the entire band.

There absoluely is something wrong with that Cobra, or the driver, if he can't pull a car that only traps 115mph. That's just a few mph over stock traps.
Jaeger - Your sig pic is unacceptable here. I removed it.
109mph? Where are you guys, the himalayas? With only 460rwhp I went 11.29 @ 123mph just for reference.

You think I'd drop a full second going from Michigan to Florida? I race with a DA around 2500 usually and 85degrees F.
...and I could run a 11.7 while standing on the brakes before line.
