1. Wouldnt resurrect an old *** thread just to post a response, with an obvious Napolean Complex attitude. You have nothing to prove.... people who love cars for what they are will like the 350Z.... end of story.

First off coming from someone that owns an import and a domestic. The 350 is pretty nice, although I would take a G35 over it as Spork mentioned above. The problem I see with a lot of 350 owners ( I know there are a lot of these same people with different cars) but most 350 owners that I have seen think the 350 is the fastest thing on the street. We actually played with a Turbo'd 350 in the Z06 and it got ugly for him, it was pretty quick, but I think even the Evo would have pulled it pretty good. I have a total of $22-2500 into my Evo for power adders and my car should easily run low 12's, how much is a turbo kit for a 350? I had one 350 owner get on my *** with 3 open lanes on the freeway, I was like wtf?? Needless to say he picked on the wrong Evo.
I like the way a 350 sounds and looks, but if your gonna bolt on a turbo and say bring on a stock LS1 how is that fair. Let the LS1 put 5-6K into it then run, I dont think it would be much of a race. Anyways im not trying to offend anyone just my .02 cents.

all is good, we exchanged pm's, he has my # and is gonna call me Wed. Seems like a nice guy, he is gonna come by and I am gonna check out his car, drink a few beers, and get along nicely, hopefully he will go to the track with us Thursday night.

Jet Pilot, just some info but there are Cam only Ls1's on this board that have hit 10's and quite a few cam/heads cars that have hit 10's so I wouldnt be so quick to assume that someone would need a bottle and some slicks to beat you. Also sweet mullet and wife beater comments, shows how much of a tool you are. Go ahead and keep calling people out to race you for money, im sure there are plenty of board members in your area that would be happy to take your money.

there is no need for a lock, things didnt get out of hand, i dont see why everyone thinks if there is a dispute it needs to be locked. who cares. this is the part of this forum for this kinda stuff to go on anyway. i could see locking threads in the tech sections but not in this one

ain't gonna happen this week, unless he is around saturday, or late friday night, he lives 9 hours away, so if he come back then I will be glad to, if he goes to the track, Mike may run him if he takes the Bird..I am pretty sure he is leaving friday morning though...we'll see
