What I'm trying to say is that these cars are not to be taken lightly.
You're welcome, that's true for anything.

400whp, it's not going to break 10s on factory weight. 3300 pounds plus fuel and driver. It's not but no doubt 11s. Upper 400whp, possibly with a good launch, than watch out for breaking something.

You got most of that power from the cams, along with your supporting mods. How much r u putting down now?

From what I saw at the shootouts this past season the regular WRX guys were killin the STI guys. And no doubt a 350Z can be fast but very rare to find.

I don't doubt that about the wrx. There was more aftermarket available at the time.

That just doesn't sound right. You picked up 51WHP just from dialing your stock cams or am I missing something else that you said? On what car is this again?
Sorry, I know it's .

All it really takes for a WRX to surpass stock STI power to the ground is a turboback and a tune. Of course, the STI takes much better to mods due to it's added displacement.

Sorry there was confusion.

I installed cam gears and they were used, i did not know that if you put the 0 at TDC it would actually be advanced 7.5 degrees. SO what i thought was a 7.5 degree retard was actually just setting them back to 0. SO tip to evo owners, DONT advance your cams cause it makes you lose crazy HP.

ive raced a stock 05 wrx sti which is evenly matched to the evo. i have a stock 2000 z28. i beat the sti by a caror so. so i think that the race between an evo and mod. lt1 should be pretty close. just feather your clutch on the launch and be sure not to spin.
