Like i said tho, thats the majority of those guys, which dodge's target age group is 16-22 im sure.
very true,
but you'll notice the faster srt's are guys my age who have the money to just buy what they need to go fast...

the young kids basically install them mopar bov's and think they got a race car...most of them just got their licenses...But they all talk ****, that's what young kids do...i'm sure you were a **** talker yourself V8-7...as was I, back in the day. At least I had the **** to back it with...at the time my dad and i owned a used car lot. Had to dig these pictures out...

Take a look at this lineup...'71 split bumper Z28, '70 Z28, '79 Z28 w/396, '62 Impala

the Porschev i was tellin you about...still unfinished at this stage, this is back in '95 sometime.

Rubino is a straight shooter
I'd like to think so...

and cool guy, sorry if i may have offended you.
takes a lot to offend me, and even then i'd still rather be your friend than enemy.

My dad has a MINT 70 911s carera. 55k, some minor mods done to. Seeing that bowtie on the rear hatch is just,,, wierd. haha. Good as hell chassis tho. Super rigid, LIGHT AS HELL. i think my dad's is sub 2100lbs. Lots of aluminum/magneisium on that car. For a 1970, it was really engineered ahead of its time. The 72's to i forgot what, sucked. (911E) the engine was restricted, the chassis's changed, ETC.

Right now for **** talking, i use the honda to provoke races...Honda isnt too slow tho, high 11's. What that car cant handle and or races it provokes and cant win.. Then, the Rx7 monstrosity comes out of the garage. I didnt talk too much ish when i was younger,(cuz i knew i'd get stomped) when i did, it was only to cars that i new i could beat or have a close race with. I didnt go into forums with cars running low 13s stock talking junk with my 15.5 groccery getter, lol. (not saying you did/are) i mean moreso of the younger age bracket pilotting SRT-4's.

Nice kill. "Fast" Neon is an oxymoron comparable to "good" menudo... Bolt on 5.3??? If so, that 'yota truck must be pretty aerodynamic to achieve 165 mph.....

eh,,, i dont think its aerodynamic in any shape or form.
That guy with his FZR and i are gonna go for a 95mph-up run on the highway, this way il know for sure what the Yota can pull for max MPH...

I am sorry, but I am just having a hard time seeing a toyota p/u going that fast and maintaining any sort of control! Don't know why, but even the lightnings with super modded motors didn't go that fast!

I doubt he was part of my SRT4 killing spree of a few months ago, as Jupiter is pretty far from Miami (hence, far from my commute ).[/QUOTE]
i'm going to start my killing spree in july.

Maybe it is not BS, but exaggerated. I'll bet the speedo is wayyyyyy off. A buddy of mine had a 3100lb ranger gt with turbo & nos, he was lucky to see 130 mph. Those trucks just don't have the suspension and weight capabilities to do high speeds.

Not calling 02transhawk stupid , but I agree, those speeds are very high. I'm not willing to bring my car up this high for the most part, let alone a truck. I'm not calling BS either, but thats is very fast for a truck.

I know at 80 mph the speedo is 4 mph fast. At 40 mph it is 4 mph fast. So it doesnt appear to have a linear affect. as in 40 is off by 4mph, 80 off by 8mph, 120 off by 12mph. ETC.

I beleive it hits these speeds, trust me, its scary, but the truck stays straight as an arrow and smooth.

Il shoot some pics tomorow.

what kind'a HP does one of these make when supercharging them/bigger injectors/etc...

I see a black Formula at Moroso pretty often, with a huffer, tucked in slicks and skinnies up front that runs flat-low 10's. The thing is stock interior/body with every amenity inside yet when the hammer drops the ****** takes off like a raped ape yanking the wheels off the ground and all...amazing.

Wondering how much HP a car that size has to make to run times like those with a full interior/every option/AC, etc...
